Optimal health and vitality begins primarily with these foundational principles;
- Thoughts. Healthy thoughts create healthy bodies
- Breathing. Focusing your attention on deep healthy breathing reduces stress
- Hydration. For optimal health, stay hydrated and drink water frequently throughout the day
- Nutrition. Eat high quality (preferably organic) food that is right for your biochemical individuality
- Sleep. If possible. get to bed before 10.30pm every night or as close as possible to promote optimal health
- Exercise and movement. Exercise regularly throughout the week with emphasis on form and function.
- Natural light. Spend as much time outdoors as possible and avoid much exposure to unnatural blue light before bed.
